• He is a certified real estate appraiser at the Chamber of Appraisers and Court Experts of Montenegro;
• He has worked as an assistant director for construction affairs and as a municipal manager of the municipality of Berane;
• He obtained the title of Architectural Engineer at the Faculty of Architecture in Podgorica;
• He is the Executive Director of the company “Komunalno” Berane.
